Commercial Fraud
At JaCogLaw we understand that fraud is one of the more complicated areas of the law that requires the work of experts not only to defend allegations of fraud but also to perpetrate it. However, what about examples of Commercial Fraud where often the alleged perpetrator is in fact guilty of nothing less than either mismanagement or naivety and usually a combination of both.
Here in Spain fraud is wide and varied in its format but there exists an ever increasing amount of alleged commercial fraud that is entirely without merit insofar as the pursuit of a fair criminal prosecution is concerned due to ignorance of obligations on the part of the defendant.

Not only is it vital to an individuals defence in the law courts where the potential penalty for failure is their loss of liberty but it is perhaps equally important that the best representation in defence of a persons reputation is managed by experts in public relations.

Continuous Fraud

Fraud Department
The police that are investigating such individuals are doing that job from within a dedicated office called the Fraud Squad and they are experts at piecing together evidence to achieve their goal of a conviction. Which is why at JaCogLaw we observe the legal proposition that there must exist in law an equality of arms when prosecuting or defending a case.
